I have dreamed of running a Mexican food Business for a few years now. I was all ready to roll last February but was rudely interrupted by a certain virus. After a tumultuous year in which I managed to secure a job as a chef at Newlyns Farm, the time is right to start Chilli Culture. Initially the offering will be fabulously amazing frozen food.
