We had our first order! A customer requested chipotle beef and vegetarian quesadillas together with homemade tacos, cheese, salsa and soured cream. I am pleased to say that the feedback was excellent! They have promised repeat orders which is always a great sign. I need to figure out how to take professional food photos. I have committed to provide beef and vegetarian chilli con carne for a friend’s 50th birthday in slightly less than 2 weeks. I feel that I have properly started now …. the first step is always the hardest. I expect to look back in some months and laugh at how naive the previous comment was.
